I'm curious how that would sound... I've never heard a thick "Canadian" accent... I always disappoint Americans when they find out I don't have one...

When I was a kid, we had a friend from Canada come visit a couple times a year. He always finished his sentence with "Aye". I LOVED it!!

The only way I can usually tell is if they say the word, "house". It sounds kind of like "hoose". Thing is... I have a friend from VA who says it the same way.

You can always tell on HGTV when the show is filmed in Canada by the way they say "house" and you wouldn't have normally noticed, but it seems like they say it a million times on these shows!

That's the Canadian pronunciation, haha. Americans normally say it, "Sawr-ee"
