really what is the point of the arm mesh. a solid navy with the stones would look just as good or better, plus it would be more comfortable and last longer.

SUCH an improvement!!! but i will always hate mesh... like i'll never understand why that couldn't just be solid navy? it would look the exact same and hold up so much better. but it is very pretty. (it will be less pretty with the clear plastic straps hanging out but i can't have it all, i guess.)

So what if it resembles a uniform with a similar neckline? SOT and CEA didn't invent the neckline, does it really matter?

There was a neckline like that posted in the practicewear thread too and I think I'd love both of them so much more (because I really like this uni anyway) if they filled in the gap between the top and the straps, so just continued the white the whole way up. It just looks a bit off to me like I think.

Yes, it is a panel short. No different than just shorts! There's technically "MORE" fabric than just shorts!
