High School Drills To Develope Motions Muscle Memory?

Just keep doing the motions you have to memorize over and over for like an hour in front of the mirror. Be sure to focus on making your technique the way it's supposed to be. Be sure to be tight and make hit the motions like you're performing at a competition or game. Do that for at least 30 mins twice a week plus at practices :)
 
I do 8 count drills with motions. So I give each count a motion. And then I call at different speeds so they have to snap motions on the count.
 
Drill, Drill, Drill.....our drill is short of a cheer
clap, clap High V
clap, clap Low V
clap, clap T
clap, clap Broken T
etc. we go through all the motions and then start over. This is done as part of the warm up Drills at the beginning of every practice. Same with jumps. The girls circle up for tumbling.....
