Level 3 standing tumbling?

Apologies if this has already been asked...

Is a standing BHS, step out, round off BHS, back tuck legal in level 3?

I have heard mixes messages about these, and whether it is defined as standing because there is no running involved, or whether it changes to a running tumbling pass after the round off.

The same would apply to a standing BHS, step out, round off, double BHS in level 2.
