Hoping to save folks some aggravation. Every season I try to either make or buy something for the team for their goody bags. Bells, stars, bracelets, etc. Well this season one of the things I did was to order imprinted bracelets for the team. Its been a month and no bracelets so I started calling. Left on hold with a phone tree loop recording for 20 minutes and then given a chance to leave message. Left 10 and no return calls. Also sent written inquiry via their website. No answer on those either.

Avoid them at all costs! They also have numerous BB complaints against them with the majority unresolved. Wish I had known that before! Not only do I now have the hassle of having the charges taken off my credit card bill, but we have nothing special for upcoming competition.
There are so many great companies out there to deal with maybe folks could post names of good places to shop for cheer related items. Or the names of those to be avoided.
