What is your opinion on High School (competitive) Cheer, Vs. Allstar Cheer?

I'm not gonna lie, HS comp cheer is WAY harder than Allstar. Like we have to do what allstar cheerleaders do + yell at the top of our lungs, during our routines. Last year, after comp season for HS cheer, I was great during fullouts for allstar, because my high school routine was conditioning basically. It's really hard.
