Do they follow all the typical USASF rules, specifically with regards to crossovers from full year to prep teams?

It is a USASF sanctioned event, so yes, they should follow all USASF rules.

Other events put on by whom I believe to be the same company follow USASF rules so I assume this is no different.

Why does everyone 's music sound weird for CL? Like its edited over? Also voice overs? And do teams usually get different mixes for CL because they want to or because they have too?

In the past teams had change their music for legal reasons for the movies. Im sure since it wont be in theaters this year the music should not change unless Im wrong.

CL is a movie and they cannot use their current mixes in the movie (royalties and such.)
