I don't know if they have official rights to do this but they've been contacting bow companies asking (telling?) them to remove their worlds/summit merchandise. Does this mean those companies can actually keep selling worlds bows and summit bows? I hope soAll Varsity's registered trademarks:

No 'Worlds'
If they don't have legal ownership of the word, they can't possibly tell bow/ clothing companies to stop selling. The only way they could do that is if they had "the cheerleading worlds" or the worlds logo (the c with the globe) on their merch.

ETA: looks like they have something for the summit. What does that mean for these companies?
