My CP's pony tail/tiny pouf was examined by security a couple of weeks back. Believe it was the the pony holder that generated the search. It appeared they were searching her pouf. I wondered what security threat generated pouf searches.

Oooh I wouldn't be surprised at the tactics people use for nefarious purposes. Large hair might very well be one of them..

My bun was declared a security threat today at Love Field Airport. I got a lovely scalp massage from security to check for weapons in my hair.

My regular, pouf-less, ponytail got searched by TSA. My hair is waaayy thin, I have no idea what they thought I could have in there!

The bobby pins set the machine off. I've noticed Security only ever asks to check my hair when I have bobby pins in.
