My daughter's Youth 4 team was doing these all year, too. They didn't know it was illegal either. They didn't get called on it until ACP Houston. But ya, the rule is right there in black and white. lol

Hey, so both of our level four teams (jr and sr) got docked today at day one of jamfest nationals for extended suicides. Apparently the rules have changed and theyre now only legal from elevator.

Multiple teams got docked for this and it was pretty outta the blue.

Anyone know what happened? Why the sudden rule change?

It definitely wasnt a sudden rule change. It's been like that all season long...100% positive
