If the school doesn't enforce a student athlete social media policy, would they? What would it be? How would infractions be dealt with?

That's a good one! Didn't even think of social media when I was thinking up possible questions

Sitting on a board to interview potential coaches for my old high school...anyone have any good questions to ask??
Of course, you have thought of experience and certifications.

I am jealous at the thought of having a pool to be able to choose from. We have no coach for next year.

It seems that the current plan is to attach it conditionally for a new hire. No telling when that will happen. They are fairly insistent that it be a teacher. *heavy sigh*

Maybe someone will step forward and want to coach (not a teacher).

So we just had our last practice for usa nationals. I'm still not in the routine. I don't mind being an alternate so much, but I'm so upset that I was specifically told I'd be back on the floor by now and I'm not.

I'm so so sad about the plane that crashed on its way to germany yesterday. Our whole country is in shock, things like those don't just normally happen here, we are not used to it. 16 students and 2 teachers from one school are just gone, killed on their way back from a student exchange. I can't wrap my brain around that. I know bad things happen every day ,also in this country, but this one hits hard. I wouldn't know what to do if it was someone from my family or friends who died in the wreck .Seeing how everyone suffers is heartbreaking
A close friend of our foreign exchange student was killed on that flight. It's such a small world

Quick rant: So my 15 year old cousin stays in our guest room often because she doesn't really like her house right now (there's an unplanned newborn there and her parents have never really had a lot of time for their kids), which I don't mind... When she's not taking my clothes, or talking endlessly while I'm watching my two TV shows at their weekly times, or taking my Nfinitys and wearing them to her sisters softball practice after I told her not to. (*twitches*) It doesn't even bother me that I can't let her wash clothes or load the dishwasher because she's broken both appliances at different times and my (already crazy busy) dad had to fix them, so I won't let her touch them. But I just walked in the door (I get out of school at noon) and she was laid on the couch watching TV. I was a bit confused but found out she had to get a cavity filled this morning. Yes I'm sympathetic and I know it's kind of self-centered of me to be more upset that she's here during the only time of day when no one is in the house and that's when I do T25. But I know for a fact her mom is off work today and idk I just feel like it's not good parenting that she picked her up from the dentist knowing her mouth was numb and she was hurting and she just dumped her here for me to take care of... My parents work a lot and Im the oldest of 4 so I've been independent a long time and idk how to handle someone who isn't. (Neither do they, lol) At least this has taught me that I never want to have a roommate as long as I live [emoji28]

ETA also reading about the plane crash in Germany after complaining about something as trivial as this makes me feel very ashamed.

you really don't have to be ashamed, the world can't stop moving because of what has happened, it's just a sad time over here and you just can't blend it out because it's everywhere 24/7!

I think i would go absolutely crazy if i was you , plus , i really don't understand how Teenagers don't know how to use a dishwasher or how to wash their clothes, i know a lot of people who have no clue how to do that too and it really makes me wonder . Like it's so easy how can you not be able to do that??!

All of these depressed tweets from Directioners are cracking me up... I get it's sad when your favorite band breaks up, but y'all take it TOO seriously.

...Only one member is leaving, the band is going to keep making music. They still get new songs and shows and whatever else they do. So I guess I don't understand their dramatics. Come talk to me when your favorite band actually breaks up. Meanwhile, I'm forever mourning the dispersion of My Chemical Romance :(

ETA: They are straight up acting like he died.

In 1995 they had to set up special helplines in the UK when Take That split up. Teenage girls are too dramatic for my liking.
