Why are these so awkwardly priced?

I thought it might have to do with shipping so I went through the checkout to see and it's because tax is 2.13, making it an even 28 for the tank and 25 for the shirt

Wish the pink one was a tee instead of a tank! All these tanks are saving my wallet!

Generally, we price the items so that with local sales tax it comes out an even number. This makes in-store purchases with cash much easier.
