Most events like this are planned well in advanced because they take time, money and logistics to set up. 9/11, for example, was in the making for around a decade before it actually happened. Sadly people will always know it's coming except for the ones in harms way. Coordinated attacks, sadly, take time---and if they're going for a symbolic place or time specifically it could be weeks, months, years or decades out...but it's already set into motion.

I really like her but I think she was too busy being popular to train like she needed to for this fight. She was on awards shows and talk shows and making appearances, while Holly was quietly training to kick her butt. And it paid off.

Rousey can definitely come back from this. I hope they rematch eventually!

Call me skeptic, but based on the way the odds dropped dramatically the day before and the way she ran her mouth, I feel like the loss could have been set up. Losses and rematches create buzz and more $$. I hope I'm wrong though.
