Question. Does high to high, or body to position to left heel stretch score higher?
Also does the kick double down from body position really score more? For example Black Ops two flyers out the outside kick single down. Does that score the same as a regular double down?

I don't know about the first part, but a kick single is level 4 so it shouldn't score as well as a double down.

Kudos to black ops for that routine after losing their point flyer and a main base.

They were AMAZING at All Star Games. You would never know they had all that drama at the beginning of the week.

Kudos to that new flyer because I didn't even notice that it wasn't T! That is some big shoes to fill but she was flawless and beautiful in the air.

Definitely not saying this in a bad way but I feel like I recently saw a different team do the same inversion @ :58 (unless it is a different video of the same team) -- I only took notice because I LOVE IT and want to know how to do it haha!!

I personally love level 3 teams because its the same level kind of as some high school teams like mine and its great to see how people make lower level stunts look creative

I don't know about inversions or whatever that is but what is at 58 seconds in we have had all season (where they spin an switch groups)
I will say some anon on twitter posted it and everyone was commenting on it. It was a video from NCA.

people are pissed at the twitter for "ruining their senior year". I for one am glad to see CA take this so seriously. if i were a parent and i found out an athlete was coming to practice high and putting my child at risk, i would lose it

Wow. So many wrongs in one sentence: drug use, drug use while in uniform, drug use while at practice and competing, taking pictures of yourself during the drug use or allowing others to, spreading of the pictures on social media, etc. I mean wow.
