My teams usually practice 3 hours one day a week, and then 2 hours another day. I cannot force them to take lessons or privates, but by gently reminding them that classes and privates help them gain skills quickly...I usually have a majority of the team enrolled very quickly!
for full year teams 2.5-3 hours during the week days & 2.5 on the weekends
for half year teams 3 hours per week
plus most kids at my gym take tumbling classes and private tumbling lessons!
Twice a week 2 hours But we're going to start with practice three times a week, three hours two days, and two hours one day, and then we're going to have tumbling lessons.
