All-Star New Uniforms Next Year?

What do you do with your old uniforms? When we were in Anaheim our kids jumped in the pool in their old ones knowing we are getting new ones next year It was so much fun!

it depends on the year. i've sold my old one, though this only works if the other teams are keeping old ones and my team was getting new ones. or i'd give it a kiss and put it in the box in the closet.

Hang it in a shadow box on my daughter's wall with her favorite memories from the seasons when she wore it. Her old one is on her wall with her Cheersport medals and first Worlds credentials.

Awesome idea! I was wondering the same thing since State will be getting new uniforms program-wide next year.

Same here. It goes in with the bow, some pictures, competition entry badges, medals, and whatever else we have from that season that means a lot to her (no "Worlds credentials" here though! ). Her school one I will only use the shell, because they skirt is ugly, bulky, and unnecessary. But we had to buy it, so we get to keep it. It'll go in after next year with the bow, pom poms, and pictures. I have no idea what she and my younger daughter will do with all these shadow boxes when they grow up and move out...but I wanted to do something nice with all this stuff!

We did sell the Fame uniforms though because we were moving and they still use the same uni--and it's not a cheap one, so I wanted the money. I sort of regret that. I don't think I'd sell another one, if I ever had it to do over again.

I want to see a picture of someones shadow box; my daughter will get new ones after the next season for the mini team and I want to do something like this!

I want to do the shadow box idea with cp's uni from Cheer Athletics. I know a mom from WC that would buy her older cp a bear and they would put the uni on the bear....by the time she graduated she a lot of bears! lol

i keep mine. i have 2 old uniforms from the same gym already. im thinking of making a big shadow box for them...love the idea

We're getting new uniforms next season and I love the shadow box idea. I may just have to create a shadow box with the old one and some momentos of the season. Could someone post some pictures of their shadow box so that I can see how they did theirs?

I have to figure out where the shadow boxes are. Maybe this weekend I can find them. We moved a couple months ago...and I'm ashamed to admit everything I own is still in the storage thing downstairs. I need to get all that stuff out anyway, so when I do I'll post a picture.

i keep my uniforms in my closet hung up, my medals are just in a cubby, trophies on my shelf, no bow wall yet. nothing real special yet but planning to possibly do a shadow box &bow wall, so if anyone has pictures of their shadow boxes that'd be amazing!
