i love SE's personally but i'm not going to make my decision until i see all the routines including f5 and rays amber.

shooting stars music is cute and i think it'll do well but i'm more hyped up about SE this year.
i love shooting stars too though :/

I was really looking forward to Senior Elite's music, but I have to say I'm disappointed. I'm sure their routine will get me all excited again, but I missed the epic music and emotional story that CEA usually delivers; of course using Mariah for stunts never disappoints (and that was by far my favourite part (although pyramid was pretty good too), but I thought that all of the voiceovers (and the tone of the voiceovers) were too harsh and jarring.

I much preferred Shooting Stars music minus the first voiceover; I'm absolutely in love with the theme, and loved listening to and placing all of the songs.

I think it's interesting that CEA is going for a 'new, reinvented' look and WCSS is going for a 'nostalgic, best of' routine. Obviously, I understand CEA's angle, but I'm going to miss the big lyrical and emotional ballads. . .

what alternate universe am i living in that has celine dion in a shooting stars routine but not a senior elite routine? i don't like it....
however, mad props on the senior elite pyramid choice.

Still haven't heard SEs, and I'm gonna try to be a big girl and wait for the Showcase. Although I don't know how someone can judge an unfinished mix..sometimes it's that last song that ties it all together.

Although CEA did graduate a lot of seniors/have a lot of new girls, so I'm guessing it's a new 'era' for them as well so they're going for a different angle.

shooting stars but they both are rly good i just wish se did'nt have that beat part with no words
shooting stars! I like Senior Elite's music but I would love it if the dance part had words.
The wordless section is where the dance music is going to go... the music posted isn't the final cut.

I know you don't want spoilers so you may not want to read this...

but it isn't the last song that is missing which is why it throws off the mix. If you remember the first mix for 2010 also had part missing and the mix didn't go together until that was added. I am sure that it will be a great dance song, but overall the mix just doesn't fit the SE that everyone is use to seeing.

i didn't keep up with SE that well at the beginning of last season...
