High School high school uniforms! SHOW THEM OFFF :)

Definitely, all the other teams were jealous of our uniforms at our competition yesterday, they are so comfortable, they make you look clean, and they honestly aren't that expensive. If you live in the portland oregon area, nike will give you a 40% discount like they gave my team

This makes me wish I still lived in Oregon

I like ours. They're clean and simple cause we were going for a collegiate look

This is really nice....I can not believe I do not have a picture of myself in my uniform...They are really nice. I will be sure to take one tomorrow at out competition and post it.....NewRo here we come!

So I've had this thought but I don't coach highschool teams, but why not sublimate your uniforms. You can do any design with sublimation which most of the allstar world has taken to the extreme. I think you can take all of these uniform designs in the highschool thread and just sublimate them. That way you get that clean athletic traditional feel of highschool uniforms with the comfort of wearing a spandex shirt. Just a thought!

We have a local team that went sublimated for one of their two uniforms. It looks really great.

I'm on the same team as the girl who posted this, and just take note also, the skirts weren't originally sown down all the way, because of this they had a weird bell out shape. So we ended up actually having a seamstress sow them down an extra inch, it makes a HUGE difference!

What do you mean by they weren't sewn down all the way? Do you mean that there was an error at the manufacturer and they weren't completed, or that when they came in you had to hem them an inch?

No, it wasn't a manufacturer error, it was just how the skirt were designed. On the sides of the skirt there are slits, I'm guessing to help you move better? But anyway because the slits were really long, they sort of belled out at the bottom. So my coach took them to get sewn down like an extra inch, which made them lay flat. It made it look a lot cleaner, you can tell the difference between our Nike uniforms and other teams who got the same uniform and didn't sew the sides down.

I like this uniform but for whatever reason it reminds me of the one the UCA staff people wear. That's not a bad thing though!

Yup it's the exact uni. It's actually a pretty commonly used design, it's mostly that our school colors are also UCA colors. It's a little less recognizable with the undershell (the original pics I posted were from the first time they ever competed in them and there weren't many to choose from on facebook from before they all took the undershell off):
