V-neck is varsity, turtleneck is JV. I dislike JV's.
The "F" looks like an "E"

The HS team I coach.

Haha I love all their uniforms!!

Mostly! They are 7-10th graders.
Going a bit off subject, but this is a question I have regarding some teams and it really bothers me and something I find to be unfair.....Are they all on the same team? What division do they compete in (if they do)?
The reason for my question is because I know that they are states and some schools where middle-schoolers (6-8th grade) are allowed to cheer at the high school level. I believe this creates a huge advantage when competing against schools (like mine and many others), where only high school students are allowed to participate at the high school level.
Our MS has a great team and I can only imagine if they were allowed to cheer at the high school level.....WOW! Don't get me wrong, we are great, but the ability to have middle schoolers on the HS squad(s) is a great plus.....
What are your thoughts?

Well, there are certain requirements here in SC. 7th and 8th grades are the only grades allowed to try out for the high school. The middle school has their own team, but in order for them to try out for the HS, the HS has to offer something the middle school does not. That being, competition. The high school competes, while the middle school does not. The middle school girls are technically eligible for varsity too, but that's usually reserved for middle schoolers with great tumbling. We always talk to the parents before we place a middle school girl on varsity.

The rules are the same through out the state, and SC schools are not allowed to compete out of state. So no nationals, etc. Therefore, we never compete against anyone who is only allowed to use high school girls. =) There are some schools who only elect to place middle schoolers on their teams, but everyone is actually allowed to. But I agree, I could see where it could get sketchy competing teams who did allow MS girls vs teams who did not.
