I cheer for a Level 5 team, me and one other girl are the only ones without a standing tuck... I just can't get it! Any Advice?

i can relate to this do a ton of crunches and when you go for it pull UP! dont look back and bring your knees to your chest because you need your feet over as fast as possible =] hope this helpsI cheer for a Level 5 team, me and one other girl are the only ones without a standing tuck... Good Advice! I'm defiantly going to do this.do tons and tons of crunches and wall sits to gain the muslce! Do them all the time during water breaks at cheer and once you strt landing theem start doing them in 8-counts! (or over and over again in a row). It helped me a lot when i was first learning!
