Congrats to our Wildcats for being the 1st winner of our first trip to Cheersport!!! I have a feeling we have a couple more coming up today!! Go Jags, Tigers & Pumas!!

Congrats to all the Cheersport National Champions today!!! Anyone who has courage to go in front of that many people and do a routine (in any skill level) deserves to be commended!

It doesn't matter who "deserved" it or not. Its over. Get over it. You can't change it, and whining on the boards won't change it.

I don't think i could shimmy this enough..
Sometimes i really wonder where all the sportsmanship has gone..
i mean, if the athletes can have it.. Why can't spectators and fans have it?

I must say that i am very proud of all the fierce girls and boys who have the courage to go out on the mat this weekend. They are just doing what they love, the best they can. And I don't think ANYONE has the right to say to anyone that they did not deserve it. They all did! So don't worry be happy!! :kiss:

People have the right to be confused which I'll admit I am, but they don't have the right to bash the team and say they shouldn't have won especially when they don't know the score sheet. If anyone on on here could explain why things were placed the way they were that would hopefully help the confused ones and shut the haters up.

Orange is amazing team. But today dropped 2 stunts, dropped both sides of pyramid and lost 1 point from score yesterday. Teams behind them that were trailing by less than 5 points didn't pass them with cleaner routines. I think whole stadium and orange knows they got special treatment. They are great team just not this weekend.

So maybe Illinois Flyer's first post was a poor choice of words. She's clearly speaking out of anger and likely some hurt. I dare say that all of us have done that at some point in our lives.

But this post, above, has merit. I am certainly not saying Orange didn't deserve their win - don't twist my words. However, if you look at this from Cheer Command's perspective, ending up both days somewhere +/- 1 point below Orange's score and (according to what was posted here) only a small mistake on Day Two, it is a question that deserves to be asked. Not all of us are judges and very few of us understand Cheersport's scoring system.

I don't doubt there is an explanation. Can someone help provide it?

*suppose and *which...learn how to write before trying to make a rude statement. stop hating please! stingrays won because their routine is packed with difficulty. look at the other teams in sm sr d2 who should have beat them if the had deductions also? if they had hit maybe a different story. and as much as you hate it: "orange taking over city by city"
