But technically most can't hang with the US teams in the international divisions either. The USASF had to make it where only 3 teams from each country made it to finals or it would still be US teams filling up the top 10 in IOC5.

True. So why do they want to make it harder for international teams to be competitive?

Everyone needs to know that your gym owner, coaches and even people inside the industry are fighting this for the "KIDS"!

You're right I am not "minimizing the negativity" on the sport. SMH

If they don't change the age limits on the international divisions then the true international teams will never begin to adjust to age appropriate teams that can compete with the senior club teams.

Yeah, international divisions should really be for adults. Kids should be on club teams with other kids. Too bad this change is grouped in with so many other random, nonsensical ones.

Oh gosh, NO. That only makes competitions agonizingly longer, and puts more money in the hands of EPs.

IMO...anyone on the board who "ok'd" this mindless nonsense should no longer be on the board...what a sad day for Allstar cheer! Thank goodness that we have amazing owners (some of them) and warriors to fight this battle!!!!!

doesnt this just really rub you wrong...your daughters are amazing and still so young.... like how is that supposed to make them feel ...? im 23 and im upset by this.... like im starting to push my skills to become more of a "power tumbler" ...but now i dont feel like theres a point to because i cant do it ....i thought it was a really cool thing that they were awarding mroe points for a girl to do a standing full...it pushed sooo many female athletes to better their skills... now we did all that work for nothing -___-... im so pissed

Wouldn't the same skill sets still be illegal if at a USASF ran event?
