Pardon my ignorance, but what does "What's the Tea?" mean, I have seen it referenced before and I am presuming it refers to a particular gym but I am clueless.

The phrase "that's was the tea" (a line in Top Gun Coed's music), or "_ is the tea," has become more generalized in the cheer community and basically means "the poop" (if you get what I'm saying). Then there's also this explanation.
