Cheer Extreme Senior Elite 2013 Trailer!
what do we think? teal and black is back? i think so

To the OP, nice job, you were one of the subjects at dinner last night and the staff was impressed with your commitment to detail. Second, on the risk reward thing, 2 small points as I read this thread this am after hearing about it last night. Unfortunately the video is down and I did not see it. First, this is about winning and as the season goes on the routine will evolve depending on the score and how it is performed. I remind everyone the only time the winning routine at Worlds was done all year was the second day in the Milk House. But secondly, and more importantly, after listening last night I think this routine may be more about vision and the future that just a routine. Do we want a sport that promotes innovation in all areas and one where creativity is promoted and rewarded to the fullest extent safety and athlete health and capability permit? That may be why it will appear at times to be more that is necessary to max out on points, but it will be what gives the kids the best chance to win by NCA as it evolves.

StarshipTrooper I was actually thinking that would be what Courtney was going for with such a jam packed stunt. Cheer Extreme, specifically Senior Elite, has always been about pushing the boundaries and improving things, and now that so much has been done, it's obvious that Courtney's next way of "pushing the boundaries" is to increase innovation and creativity, rather than simply increasing difficulty.
I sound like such a bandwagoner right now... This is weird... I've been enjoying Senior Elite this season....

Me too.. I'm legitimately almost a member of the teal army.

I couldn't see the video even if it was still up (boo tardy to the party), because it's blocked at the Toronto Airport..if anyone has it saved and wants to pass it along, I'd love it..

The video is still showing as up for me... is that just me??
I can also still watch it - maybe it is only taken down for the US?

i think people need to realize this is one of the first years in a while that sr elite has thrown up 9 COMPLETE stunts for their elite sequence...they're likely to max out their difficulty score and unless they have execution mistakes/deductions...stars, panthers AND f5 will not outscore the building difficulty. not to mention their tumbling looks MUCH stronger than other years.
now granted i have not seen any of the other stunts...and ALL teams in this division are amazing, but sr elite this year has the MOST talent of any of their previous squads..like they don't need maddie AT ALL for that ball up 360 because they're doing so many 360 tosses and full/full and a half ups it is INSANE. this season will be a complete war at majors, nca and worlds. because f5 is sick, ESP at tumbling (as always), stars are out for BLOOD- i cannot wait to see their routine, and panthers are literally flawless and uber talented. and i heard stingrays has a team in this division called 'peach'..that should be decent as well. CANT wait for the showcases:)

Lets be real... If there's one thing you can't knock CEA for its stunting... Hush up

Correction: If theres one thing you cant knock CEA for it's stretch to stretch tick-tocks.

That doesn't take away from FamousxMindset 's argument in any way. People could argue that the level 4 variations were showy, but not pertinent to the score sheet and that they'd prefer if there were more creative level 5 difficulty.

Granted this is completely opinionated, but I personally would rather see different skills thought up that pushed the envelope, rather than more tick tocks. IMO theyre kinda played out.

Tl:dr - Hit the release move points and then show me something new. ;)
