i dont understand why f5 would pull out of battle at the capital, i get that they want to prepare for NCA, but they do already have their full paid bid to worlds, so i guess i dont understand why the battle would be a big deal to them...idk

my guess would be the turnaround time between cheersport and batc. They didn't fly home till monday. If they were still bid hunting, it's probably a different story, but since they aren't, they can use the weekend to rest and prepare for NCA

Expanding on this which makes perfect sense........conserving your team and not taking the chance on an injury.

just realized that senior elite will be at battle this weekend. not sure why i didn't notice this til now......BEYOND excited to see them in person!!

So I guess I was assuming you were only uninformed. Now I realize that you are both uninformed and rude. See you in Dallas :D
With your logic I could argue that if all 3248723879453 Small Senior teams that get a bid to worlds hit, then its going to be super close amongst all of them. Some teams just aren't in the same league. Maybe one day that will be, but right now they aren't.

My logic is based on the scores all the teams have received this year and how they have placed competing against each other. Perhaps you should research just a bit more and you will find (as I have) that all of their raw scores are within a point of each other depending on the competition, and no one has "run away" with a win.

Can you post these? I would love to see where everyone stacks up.
I'm hesitant to really use this as accurate though... If team X is the best against a group of very weak teams, the scores will be higher. Sure, you can have a 95. If you take cheersport where it is 3 very strong teams, you have be looking at details and figuring out what sets apart team A from team B, and that can come down to small errors that some people don't even catch. Scores are a lot harder to come by I would assume.

Also, I understand some people think teams can compete (especially when it's their gym), but you have to be realistic. There were teams at Worlds that got 5th with layouts and tucks and there were teams that got 20th with fulls and solid routines. Sometimes people want to make it to finals, and they'll do what they need to do to be with the big dogs. But, that doesn't mean they are capable of winning.

I personally hope that Love and Peach and any future new large team can compete with the "big dogs" for the sake of the division, which happens to be my personal favorite. Peach has competed against some of the "big dogs" and demonstrated they can hang, I am not sure they are quite where they need to be to win, but who knows... any given Sunday (and as a Bmore Ravens fan I truly believe in any given Sunday!). I am not aware that Love has had the opportunity to hang with the "big dogs" yet, but they will have that opportunity in Dallas. So don't be offended that they aren't included in the hype yet. They will get there chance to earn that respect! Good luck to them!

I totally agree with your first paragraph, but none of the teams this year are throwing layouts, so we already removed that issue. Not sure if Panthers have competed against any of the teams yet, but Peach has competed against CEA at NCA Classic in Atlanta. Love has competed against F5 at American Masters and against WCSS in Atlantic City. This past weekend Love was at NCA in Baltimore, but had no competition. The raw scores for all of these teams has been pretty consistent within a point or so. With each performance everyone of these teams have changed their routine, upgraded it, and seem to perform better each time. I was able to research the scores based on going to each of the results pages ie: Cheersport / NCA. Most of the info is available online. Hopefully someone with more technical skills that myself can put it into an easy to read format ;)

Wasn't CheerTyme Love beating Shooting Stars day one of a two day competition??
They clearly can't be THAT far behind
Day 1 of AC CheerTyme was in first. Stars had a bunch of issues that day. (3 falls if I remember correctly)
