All-Star Design Your Own Uniform

So i still need design ideas for our new team.
We decided that whoever designs a uniform that we like so much we'll use the design, get's a little surprise from our gym.
so here are our requirements:
team: storm
gym: gymflex
colors: teal and black but you can add some white or silver
we're looking for a clean, athletic look but you can fancy it up with rhinestones.
no mesh please and no special necklines because there are some heavier busted ladies who will need to wear a bra
Crop tops are ok as its a senior team but a long top is fine too.
we'd prefer a skirt rather than shorts.
you can make a design for both female and male.
Feel free to design a matching bow.
sublimated uniforms are ok too.

So get creative and show me your ideas please!

The white smaller letters on the Gymflex on the front would be rhinestones. I'm not sure how I feel about the rhinestones on the neckline and waistband of the skirt, so you could take or leave those!
ETA: For some reason you can barely see the rhinestones on the neckline and skirt and along the trim on the sleeves, but they are there...also, flip the colors on the skirt trim. I realized just now that it's not consistent with the top. It should go black, silver, white, not black, white, silver how I have it!

Ladies

Men (I'm new to designing men's unis so some of the lines are a little scruffy, sorry!)

I've never designed a bow before so I wouldn't even know where to start! I was thinking something like this - teal (although this one looks blue ) and covered in black and white stones!

Oh, and in the top corner of the skirt and pants its a cloud with 2 lightning bolts! It's not so clear unless you zoom in!

Oh thanks to all who submitted a uniform so far! I really like some of them, a few others a bit less but all are very creative with some good idea's in it. I've been showing them to the coaches and they are excited about it too.

Here is one! As far as rhinestones go, I was thinking teal ones on the GF so that way it will shine on the floor. On the bottom right of the skirt is a lightning bolt, but feel free to take it off if you don't like it.

Here is another one I came up with. I was thinking about teal rhinestones on the STORM in this one.
