Seeing the scores from today I can understand why Panthers won. They were a lot stronger today than yesterday, while SE was a bit weaker, also having a sb. The 25/75 split definitely worked in Panther's favor. The only thing I that I can't see is Panther's score today. They had a tt which would mean their raw score was over 99 today (assuming tt is a .25 deduction - I'm not sure about that).

That's what I don't get. How does a team make their raw score go up that much between day 1-day 2?

They are comparing CA Panthers large all girl to Top Gun large coed. Scores. They're not in the same division. Only comparing scores for the 2 teams.

... Because there is going to be a level 5 team that outscored every single level 5 team that competed. People are just confused as to how Panthers got a higher score than Top Gun

Being cleaner doesn't affect the raw score, the raw score is based on the difficulty and what's in the routine. Then they get their like actual score on how they actually perform it

Execution is also factored into raw score

Because at the end of the day people like to know what team scored the highest total score of all the teams in every division. TGLC is the team that everyone is saying "set a new standard" so it's surprising that Panthers' score was higher. (surprising to others - I don't know enough about scoring to be able to tell)

Babs had a higher day 1, which is why their overall is higher. We also don't know if they definitely got a TD deduction.
