your post implied that because the gym had the name cheer athletics it was automatically one of the best gyms in world when realistically its not, every location is different.

It's safe to say that if you can expect the same coaching from this CA location, then you can expect the same product. CA has proven that they value their locations equally. They won't win Worlds the first year (or maybe they will), but you'll get the same level of quality. What I've learned in my years in the industry is that it's not about the athletes, it's about the way a program is run and the coaches that run it.

I'm really excited about this personally! I know that being from Charleston means that the Charlotte drama doesn't really affect me, but within the Carolina's there's really a limited choice of gyms that offer good competition for all levels (CEA, ACX and Rockstar). A few of the smaller gyms have some great teams but the 3 gyms generally are dominating. I think it'll be great to have another gym likely to remain up there increasing the competition. There's so much talent in Charlotte!

Actually Wake Forest is north of Raleigh-Fuquay is south-they are probably as far as you can get apart in Wake County. Just to clarify further. And FYI-Wake Forest is coming back this coming season. We wish the best of luck to them, and can't wait to see them compete again.
