Kelly Clarkson is doing a Christmas concert featuring a bunch of other artists and one of them is Hayley from Paramore (my favorites). I hope they play it on tv like they did her Christmas special last year. That was so good!

But aren't you like 13 ;)

Hahaha apparently! My mom took me to get my nails done this weekend (because I am also going through a quarter life crisis) and the man doing my nails asked me if I was getting my nails done for homecoming...I awkwardly told him I was 21 and a junior in college and he awkwardly apologized and walked away.

I think I could pass for AT LEAST 19. I always forget how young other people think I look until strangers comment on it. I can't believe people actually think I'm still in high school :(

So one of my favorite shows is Dancing With the Stars and I am loving this season. Sadie Robertson, Bethany Mota, and Janel Parrish are some of my favorite celebs who are the show right now. Who is a celeb that you would like to see on the next season of DWTS?

ShopBop is having its Friends and Family sale right now which means 25% off EVERYTHING. I just got 2 pairs of duck boots (one Sorel, one Sperry) and a Rebecca Minkoff bag for $315. Before you all think I'm a diva, one pair of boots was for my fiance for Christmas.

Use the code FAMILY25.

I'm realllllly trying to save for potential World Series tickets right now, but knowing they having Rebecca Minkoff bags on sale is so tempting! I love her bags.

The people at the nail salon, that I've been going to for years know that I'm in HS but they had a new guy come in and he thought I was like 13 and that the concept of me and my mom going to get our nails done was the cutest thing. Until he realized I was getting my prom nails done. I remember I was getting pedicure at different place when I was like 14 and the ladies thought it was my first one and I was like 10...

The same thing happened to me last week!

What's everyone's opinion on using conditioning or running as punishment for a mental block?
Hi there- I'm a Mental Toughness Coach and help cheerleaders work through blocks/fears and build confidence. Generally conditioning/running isn't going to help someone work through a block. The only way it might help is that if the person really feels like they're getting stronger and so this will help them execute the skill. But, chances are, it will just be frustrating and feel like punishment. Typically we need to help develop their mental skills and find strategies to physically and mentally work through the block.

That sounds awesome. Do you mind PMing me with some tips? I've been struggling with it for a awhile

My roommate just told me that a girl at her old high school fell out of a stunt and fractured her skull last week, and apparently this type of thing isn't rare at that school because the coach doesn't have much (if any) proper training. Sad.
