so everyone here wants to see my plan. Okay yes i'm a 18 year old who's crazy for doing this. Not going to lie i will make a lot of mistakes as a first time owner and program that's the truth. I also believe because i don't really want to make money out of it the business side of this is boarding to me but something i have to really look into it more. I'm doing it for my community and for the love of the sport. like i said I'm opening my program with level ones teams mini and youth only.
1. get fully certified
(during this time i'm going to ask for advice from other gyms and programs that are doing the same thing that i want to do)
2. get a business lawyer who has work with others gyms start working on the paperwork
3. register my program with usasf
4. get my stuff of two. A office assistant who will hand all money and paper work. a second coach to help with the two teams.
5. start advertising and recruiting
6. have a parent meeting before joining the program letting them know what's all star? Why i'm doing this ? my background in cheer and gymnastics. and schedules
7.officially open the program with practices
8. fundraisers and more advertising
I'm not opening a big program with over 500 kids and hoping to go worlds. I'm starting a small one do you guys get it know i'm not really opening a business in the way i see it if there anything that i miss or should add to my list please tell me and thank you for all who had help me
