Watching the SMOED video it took them 47 seconds to start from when they were announced. Does NCA not give deductions for taking more than 30 seconds? I thought NCA and Worlds were the 2 comps that did.

im starting think they just always take really long to set up because if you watch the video of nca from last year they still take a little more then 30 seconds to set.
