Anyone know how many teams are in Large J3 B!?

I need help coming up with a level 3 pyramid transition from group to group with a person on the ground attached to the top girl. I was wondering if you are able to flip from flatback in one group to the other group in sponge. Can anyone tell me if this would be legal.

Yeah, This is actually our 11th competitive Season in Canada.. The original gym owner picked that name about 13 years ago but we now go by Extreme all-stars, We are slowly trying to change our name lol

So she couldn't do a standing pass handspring, handspirng tuck? she would have to stop in between? My routine was choreographed by Jose from TG so hoping it is legal, but the rules are confusing me on this.

I have one girl that does standing spring spring and is then assisted by two people into a tuck, While she is in the air another girl runs underneath the tuck. Would this be legal ?

Our IO team and our Senior 5 team had a bad conflict once this year with only one team inbetween them!! Lets just say their second team suffered becasue a lot of the athletes crossed over and didn't even have time to catch their breath
