I am dealing with this now. CP has had major growth and it has thrown her body off. Thankfully it's coming back slowly but it takes a lot of patience, and effort. The only thing you can do is support them through this awkward time.
It seemed really low budget this year. Even the Athlete gifts were below standard. I like attending this event and have been going for at least 7 years but this year was the worst.
I had one and loved it. However I washed it and have to purchase a new one. Most of my friends had them and we would monitor and compete against each other daily.

The only problem with this is when that person is placed not because of skill but because of their ethnicity and equal. What if there is only one minority on the team and she/he has no equal, then they are placed where ever. This sport tends to have more platinum blondes than Native Americans...
What about opposites based on ethnicity? I see that a lot and don't necessarily care for it.

For some reason mental blocks can be contagious. They can result from to much pressure to gain skills the athlete may not be reay for. All you can do is encourage your team mates no matter how small the skills they accomplish. I always recommend that athletes experiencing mental blocks tumble...
I like that to the Twisters camp this is such a non factor. I like how the Twisters camp does not respond to any of Juba's attempts to tarnish their image. He just keeps talking and talking. I can't believe a gym owner would allow that negative publicity from anyone expected to be the new gym...
