What are some of the passes you like to do or see in rutines? I know for me my favorite pass to do is a roundoff tuck may be one of the easiest passes but its fun. and i like to see any level 5 passes because i love watching fulls and doubles :)

our practices are: -Run Mile or half a mile -Jump -Warmup single legs -Warm up pyrimid -Warm up tumbling -do 1 rutine and get a drink and a little break - do rutines like this until end of 2 hour practices but if they are good maybe no tumbling in it *so anywhere from 2-6 full outs depending on...

Champion All-stars!!!! 5th year gym our level 5 team is our very first level 5 ever!!! and got a bid to worlds at Jamfest. and Our other teams are also very successful! J2 got 1st place at Jamfest super nationals :)

We wear our high in a high pony tail, with no fly aways at all and if your hair is to short for the high pony tail we used to just use headbands but they kept falling out so now its just half up and half down with your bow.
