I love Spirit Central so much, they are a small gym that always puts out a fantastic energizing routine year after year, this is the best I have seen them look in the last couple of years! Way to go ladies!

Many didn't understand Panther's dance last year which came from this same performance only it was Britney's part. By far the best year at the VMA's ever. Saw Nsync in concert and they did the dance beat there as well, always one of my favorites.
