pyramid songs are always my favorite. i have a mental list of songs that would be so perfect for pyramids, especially certain teams. but i never say them on here as suggestions in case someone else uses them and doesn't do my vision justice. is that weird?

I'm not sure if that's classified information or not. I don't think it would be, but not knowing...imma just stay quiet on the details they filmed their routine sections to send to the music producer last week so hopefully the mix is just around the corner

yessss cell block tango! can't wait to see the dance. overall, i really like the whole mix!! (though the "hit the right spot, making my eyes roll back" and whole turning me on part is... questionable.)

Lol I honestly wish new level music would post our youth 1s music! Now this is the music I would have on repeat all the time.. Seriously the cutest mix in the world!!

I've actually been pretty chill about waiting on our music. But, cp14's team was having a rough practice and they were getting frustrated the other day and the coach saw it. He stopped it about ten minutes early. He put them all in groups (stunt groups first, then the backspots,bases, flyers together, then I think by hair color, just kept mixing them up) and told them these were "positive pow wows" and everyone had to say positive things about each other in their group and then they'd switch.

And then he played the song he'd picked for their pyramid. And left it on repeat while they did their positive pow wows.

It was a total kumbaya moment.

Kids who were frustrated and angry five minutes before were crying and hugging and "I love you!" To each other minutes later. Mommas were sniffly. There are multiple kids on cp14s team that have a similar story to hers, maybe that's why they're so tightly bonded. But that song he chose was absolutely, positively, written for that team and it's totally perfect.

NOW I'm not chill about waiting for their mix

We did something slightly similar before competition called snaps where our coach messaged everyone a name and we had to write a postive paragraph about that person them we got them handed out about an hour before heading to warm up with no one knowing who wrote them. It got everyone in such a good mind set and we did really well

I'm not arguing with you in anyway but I recently found an old flash drive and was listening to old mixes i've missed oh so much, and realized how many, i guess you call sexual innuendo song lyrics were in mixes. Off the top of my head, I believe it was Fiercekatz had a line in their pyramid that said "Imma give it to you non-stop, and I don't care who's watching." It's just something that gets kinda over looked.

One of my favorite songs! I like how they mixed it to actually be able to use it. That's going to be a great dance on the worlds floor!

Hey Peeps, call me bias - but I love that Twinkles sound... Those kids are not only killin' it with Chrissy, but they are also 'taking it to the Church' at the end of the sound...

Tbh, my daughter came home and told me that they were "taking it to the Church" at the end for the dance and it left me wondering, I hope those kids are not dancing to Kirk Franklin or a gospel tune at the end(Oh, the Blaspheme), but the end with the Disney tune is actually my favorite part of the music...

Idk if they are going restricted or not. They look amazing to me but they won't let them do it if they are going to look like crap. I think it's still a decision yet to be made
