Is the age grid only looked at/ changed every 3 years?

The age grid can be changed every year, but isn't.

Every year it's looked at, potentially voted about. and possibly changed. The saga of drama I had to deal with the age grid change this current season; well, definitely don't get comfy or complacent---it can change, even when it defies all logic.

Lol, after my 7 month hiatus I had to go start earning a paycheck again. No one I know of gets rich enough retiring from the military to stop working for good.
