Thank you ! Also, I had a question about the "plank" pictures. I keep seeing them everywhere? Who started that and why lol Its strange but funny :]

Pretty sure it had to be someone with no talent and too much time on their hands.

I heard it will be included in the new scoresheet under "Elite Stiffness" in the movements Category.

I don't understand the obsession myself, Sharks don't plank.
