ok so this one the customer only wanted a small wave to it so it kind of shows how to do the ones above.
First you put a line down of the bottom color
Then you cut the next layer into a wave. This one they only wanted part of the wave to continue fully onto the back while the other side they wanted it to end short
If you want bigger waves then you want to add thicker lines.
For the last step you want to layer the fabric in the wave shape. I do it in 4 sections to make the wave cutting easier. Once you seal it together you cut the extra off so that the layers don't show
Final Results. It's not the best comparison but its the closest one that I'm doing this soon. You also have more options when you use thicker ribbon, this is only 2.5 inch if you used 3 or higher then you could get more layers or make the waves a lot more in depth. I will be making bigger ones in a few weeks so if this doesn't help I'll post another one with more details
