This is from 2016, lol.

You can't really see all of them in this video, but from the ones I've seen on Twitter, there have a few girls who struggle to properly complete their standing passes (the girls who perform three to "doubles"). I've noticed since NCA how at least 2 or 3 of the girls are ever so slightly under rotated. I'm not sure if they deduct at other competitions, but they do so at Worlds (Brandon Black was hit with a deduction for an under rotated double in finals at Worlds last season)... so hopefully they get that sorted. This applies to all teams as we head into Worlds season, EXECUTION.MATTERS.MORE. Coaches really shouldn't be encouraging athletes to somehow fully wrap their doubles at this point in the season, it's just not safe with so much at stake.

They were being super strict on under rotations. They even gave deductions in double downs or baskets where the main base caught higher then the secondary making her land slightly on her side.

I know it seems harsh, because athletes have "off days", but I wish all competitions applied this. It's the only way forward, under rotated doubles in both tumbling and baskets are dangerous.

If you can't hit it 24/25 times in practice, it shouldn't be in competition. Coaches, please place emphasis on this!!

I'm glad a comp is being strict on under-rotations. We see so many under-rotated doubles, which can really be quite dangerous (I fear for kids' ankles when I see them land short). If you can't yet get the whole way around on a double, it should not be competed. So hopefully these deductions will force coaches to improve technique.
