I'm trying to get my back tuck and a lot of coaches say I almost have it but they won't let me do it myself. I'm also trying to get more height and I need tips on doing it in general
 
Set really high after you come out of whatever your doing or if your talking about standing just swing your arms really fast and tuck your knees in tight!
 
For a standing tuck jump up set high push off your toes and tuck your knees while doing this and spot look at something and try not to look away when you do pull your knees to your chest and bring your chest up fast
Running tuck if your coming out any skill push off your toes set really high also keep your arms up the pull your knees to your chest and land with your chest up
