At Worlds, teams are judged relative to their division. (Best jumps in the division gets a high jump score - regardless of how good those jumps are objectively.) Different divisions have different criteria, rubrics, and scoresheets. Some years, they didn't even release scores. Comparing from year to year and division to division is not a fair comparison.
If you choose to ignore all of that and just go by the numbers, the 2004 CA Large Senior team has the highest score of all time at Worlds, with a 455.5
