i used to like heel stretches that were pulled to the side, until i saw this one. its so pretty!

do you stretch or condition to hold your stretch with no hands?

You need strong hip flexors and abs, so lots of leg raises (like the ones you do for jumps) and core conditioning.

Lots of good stuff there, but even something as simple as actively thinking about your posture throughout the day and standing up straight can help!
