why do you cheer?
because, no matter how much pain this sport causes me, i have a reason to get up & try it again. i will never give up on cheerleading. it is the only thing the i for certain have. when people want to be rude & mean or just annoying i have cheerleading there to make me feel better. <3

When did you start cheering? A year and a half ago.
What team/level are you on? Stellar Allstars, level 4.2 and I just got put on level 3 but I haven’t been put in the routine yet.
What’s your favorite thing about cheer? How happy I am as soon as I step into the gym.
What’s your hardest running tumbling pass? Ro handspring tuck. (It’s ugly though, I just started tucks last week!)
What’s your hardest standing tumbling pass? Handspring back tuck.
What tumbling do you want to achieve before your cheer career is over? A standing double of course! Lol, but I’m 16 so I’m not sure how possible that is. I’d really like to get a full though. /:

What’s your favorite competition? Beast of the East in Wildwood, NJ. I’ve only been to two comps so far (last year I was on a super new team and a lot of people quit so that messed us up a lot)
Why do you cheer? Because I love it. I used to suffer from major depression and since I’ve started cheerleading..I’ve never been so happy in my life. <3
What’s one of your cheer secrets? I haven’t really told anyone that I joined another team. The only people that know are my parents, bf, bff, and a guy that’s still on the team I used to cheer for.

why do you cheer? I started to cheer becuase it was the closest thing to my old life (gymnastics). I immediately fell in love with it. I love the people I get to spend hours and hours with a week doing something that is like nothing else. I like to be able to prove people wrong, that cheerleading is not just uniforms and glitter. I can't even describe how much it means to me.

I started cheering at age 5, I was a gymnast for 11 years though. I was a school cheerleader from 7th grade until my junior year. And I've been an all star cheerleader for 5 years. I've cheered for a total of 9 years.
Louisiana Cheer Force Black Ice (Large Senior Coed 4), Jade (Small Senior Coed 5), Onyx (International Open Coed 5).
I love to dance and stunt.
although it's not choreographed in my routines I can do a punch front step-out through to layout. Working on fulls at the moment.

I'd like to get an arabian through to full and maybe get a double...
I am a base, but I secretly want to fly. I'm overly flexible, just too muscular...
I would love to be on Spirit of Texas International Open 5... LOVE THEM!!! AND THEIR JUMPS!!!!!!
I would have to say Kiara Nowlin or Maddie Gardner.
It would either be NCA or Cheersport. Last year I won a Cheersport jacket, this year I have to win a NCA jacket!!!! And how could I forget, WORLDS of course!!!!
I cheer because it's a part of who I am. It's what I've been doing for as long as I can remember. My life revolves around cheerleading. It keeps me in shape, it allows me to travel, and I have met some of the most amazing people along the way. Cheerleading is not ONLY a SPORT, but it's a way of life... <3
