Lady Aztecs just went again without the injured girl. Why did they have to do the whole routine again? I thought they'd just have to do their dance because that's where it was stopped the first time. They had to mark half the pyramid and skipped a basket

My team has been there at worlds ... Twice. You have to do the whole routine again to the best of your ability, but you'll only be scored from where the injury happened. I think the idea is that it's an advantage to get to skip part of the routine.

Did they have to go again..? I can't imagine choosing to go if there was only the dance left.

Eta then again dance was the difference between 12th and 2nd for PCM yesterday.
