Happy Valentines Day!

Cheersport Nationals are finally here!

Here are some useful links that might come in handy over the weekend:

Schedule

Dartfish (video on demand) - $ 19.99 (highly recommended, videos are uploaded very quickly in high quality)

Google doc - thanks @luv2cheer92
Please change the doc only if you know what you are doing. If you see things that need to be changed but you don't want to do it/know how to do it, just write a comment in this thread and someone will take care of it. If you need to filter/sort/highlight: please download your own copy of the doc and do it there. If you filter/sort/highlight it is done for everyone which makes adding information throughout the weekend extremely difficult!

Awards Schedule

Twitter - CheerUpdates (updates on how teams do)

Twitter - tagged #CHEERSPORT

Consolidated Worlds Team Schedule (from CheerUpdates)

Results

Other useful information:
Worlds bids for cheer: 8 full-paid, 16 at-large
Summit bids: 30 cheer bids
It is my understanding that bids won't be given out until Monday evening.

Remember that the video rights for Cheersport remain withdartfish and that posting (and asking for posting) videos isn't legal!

Have a fun day, keep it classy, and respect the privacy of the athletes - especially of the minors - in this sport!

No problem.
I almost started a thread for this, but I was like no I'll wait, @Emily always does it so well haha

I bought the video on demand, but doesn't that also include live streaming? I thought it did, but I can't find it anywhere so now I'm thinking maybe not?

There is not a live stream from Dartfish

I am freaking out about Dartfish because I bought mine with PayPal and the payment went through but I am still not "subscribed"

Yeah it was a while ago I guess but I remember I was just sitting there watching on the computer, the curtain would open, a team would go, curtain close, reopen, and another team would go. All day. I think they would rotate between two arenas. It was awesome. Not complaining (too much) bc the VOD is awesome too, but I was looking forward to streaming. :)

Anyone know if any gyms are using Snapchat? I added Ultimate athletics and loving all inside stories from Cheer sport :)

does anyone elses dartfish lag like crazy? ive tried several videos and it lags so much i cant watch the videos.. :( i just want to be able to watch it.. ive tried switching browsers and closing evrything but dartfish and nothing helps..

So how do they determine "divisions"? Because some of them have me like
And how can you be a "national champion" is there are 3 teams in your age/level winning?
And can we talk about the ridiculousness of them waiting until Monday to give out bids? Back room negotiations anyone?

I get the "want to get it right" vibe a lot more than back room negotiations. Not all judges see same teams, this lets them take another look and figure it out correctly, IMHO.

Better than handing out bids before everyone had competed. (Like our last bid event did- bid were already handed out before other eligible teams had even gone on the mat day 2)
