Well....I have nothing to do so I tried the liquid foundation trick and it actually worked and looked so real! I have the outline of abs already so i just enhanced it and made it a 6 pack 
I'm actually really surprised how it looks so real. Is that the abletics secret??? (By the way my stomach is already hard as rock so that helps me)
