Fake Full Ups

Is doing a half up and turning the stunt considered a full up, even though it really isn't?
 
I actually believe it does count as a 360 degree spin for the flyer though, correct me if i'm wrong
 
It counts for high school and I've seen Allstar teams get away with it on level 4. But I think real full ups are always more impressive!
 
You can only do it on level 2 if they do the half up then twist after the skill reaches extension.

If the bases turn occurs during the flyers twist on the way up it would be considered a full up. Depending on the score sheet it may or may not be worth the same as a "true" full up.
