All-Star Fear Of Progression?

ok, so i do not have a mentl block. I Can throw anything up to a full just fine. (a full is my best)
but i kind of have a fear of progrossion. For example im kind of scared to try a whip through to full, or two to full by myself! any tips on this? i want to be able to try new things!
 
What I do is just imagine myself doing it perfectly over and over again at night before I go to sleep. It builds a weird sort of confidence. Then go to an open gym and just work on things by yourself. I find it more intimidating when there are other people watching and my coach trying to coax me into it. I do better on my own time building my confidence my own way. Also, simply just do it. Don't think about it or second guess yourself, because when you do then you end up falling on your face or not doing it at all.
