I'm not sure if this is the correct thread to post this, BUT I have to say, my cp is a pretty fierce lil flyer. She tor her hamstring 50% of the way through (not to mention the unbelievable amount of scar tissue that surrounded all the tears) ended up out of cheer for almost 4 months, and 3-4 PT sessions a week. She ended up loosing all the flexibility in her back (not being able to stretch for several months will do that to a kid). She has been stretching like crazy to her scorp flat up against her back again. SO... here are the end results, and she is a happy camper

Probably most people couldn't make it to the end of the video to see the double up because of that ANNOYING COW BELLLLLLLLL!

But it is pretty fabulous!

What made it awkward for me was the fact that her hips protruded out farther than any other part of her body.
